Thank you again Governor Rendell, Mr. Secretary and Mr. Chairman for joining us today. We deeply appreciate your support.

Pittsburgh's vibrant energy sector, which includes Direct Energy Business, will power Pennsylvania's economic growth through the next decade and beyond. The transition to a competitive market that begins in PPL territory in January 2010 and PECO, and other utilities shortly thereafter, will give residential and business consumers the power of choice over their electricity.

While many new competitors will begin rushing into the state now, our team has been continuously helping Pennsylvania businesses make energy procurement decisions since the market opened in 1997. We have the experience of assisting over one thousand organizations across the Commonwealth take control of their energy costs and have more Pennsylvania-based employees than any other competitive retail energy supplier.
