Direct Energy to offer simple answers about residential power market
PHILADELPHIA, PA (January 18, 2011) – The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission is bringing the power to switch directly to consumer’s fingertips with the PUC’s website PAPowerSwitch.com. Customers in Pennsylvania now have access to the information they need to make an informed decision about what best fits their energy needs.
However, as rate caps have recently expired, Direct Energy recognizes that this may be a huge transition for customers who may have a lot of questions regarding choice, what to look for in a supplier, and the residential power market.
Direct Energy is committed to providing customers with simple answers to their energy questions and will be on hand at this event to offering simple energy solutions and products for customers within the PECO service territory.
